Mikhail Pavlovets at Amherst College

HSE Associate Professor Mikhail Pavlovets participated in the workshop on the Underground Poetry at Amherst College, USA

Associate Professor at the School of Philology Mikhail Pavlovets participated in the workshop on the Underground Poetry at Amherst College, USA, on August 12-19, 2018. Five slavists from Russia, the USA, Germany, Czech Republic and Switzerland gathered at Amherst to discuss the herirage of Konstantin K. Kuzminsky (1940-2015), a performance poet, who published the The Blue Lagoon Anthology of modern Russian poetry. Kuzminsky's archive has recently been bought by Amherst Center for Russian Culture and needs thorough exploration. Every participant worked with the materials from this reach collection and gave a talk to share his/her research.
