Admissions

Applying to the HSE Faculty of Philology is simple and straightforward. Interested students only need to choose the degree programme that best fits their academic interests, preferred language of study and future career interests.

Full-Degree Students

 

International students who are non-Russian citizens are recommend to apply under the Quota Scheme, a programme regulated by the Russian government that represents a great opportunity to study at HSE with no tuition fees. The Quota Scheme applies to HSE Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes.

 

Visiting & Exchange Students

 

To apply as a visiting student, please follow the instructions listed here. After completing all of the application documents and enrolment procedure, students will receive a contract to be signed and payment forms.

 

To apply for semester-long or full academic year exchange study at HSE, students must be nominated by their home universities.
